Hi my name is Sayo, I first picked up a camera in University to learn Photography. However, things took a different yet exciting turn as I eventually fell in love with documenting Weddings and I’ve been filming weddings for over 5 years.

With my years of filming experience, I have been able to learn the do’s and don’ts of filming weddings and the different styles there are. I started off working for other brands, gaining the knowledge and skills I used to jumpstart my own vision. I have created my own unique style and values when it comes to telling wedding stories. I like to be the 3rd 4th and 5th eye of the couple simply because on the wedding day, all they should be thinking about is themselves and the big vows they are about to make to each other. I constantly strive to improve and be better than the day before.

My biggest advice to clients is to always ensure that they ‘like or love’ the style of the cinematographer they choose to hire for their big day, whether it be GtrulyWeddings or another professional. After the wedding is over, all you have to remember the day are your photos and videos, so style matters.

With over 5 year’s experience filming weddings, we know the things that could possibly go wrong. As a result, we believe we are very much equipped to prevent such issues from arising, thus making us stand out from the rest. We also advise our clients, allowing us to create uniquely tailored videos so they can happily re-live their special day.
